- Payment via PayPal only. No refunds.- It may take me longer than expected to complete a commission. If a commission is needed by a certain date please let me know.- Do not claim my art as your own. Please be sure to credit me if you decide to post it.- The requested art will be received as a .PNG file.- If you request art as a 3D Poster, keep in mind that I only do posters with Splatoon models and use models/textures that are available within the Steam SFM Workshop. If your character has any custom modifications that are unable to be found within the workshop, you must send me the necessary file(s).- You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will permanently prevent you from requesting other commissions in the future.- Do NOT use any of my art for AI or AI training.- I have the right to decline or refund a commission request if the design is too detailed, the concept pose/idea makes me feel uncomfortable or I’m unable to draw it. I'm also allowed to modify or remove details such as complex patterns if you’re unable to give me the necessary files or references. If I decide to attempt the complex design, I will charge a 30% fee of the original price.- I only work with finished character designs and image references, not descriptions.- As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, or presenting it in my portfolios.- Please keep in mind that my art is constantly evolving, so there might be slight differences between the examples and the illustration you will receive.

- All payments are paid upfront and in full.- If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.

Working Process

The commissioner will receive a draft for approval. Please list all the changes when receiving this draft. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to finish the commission.Please be aware that I offer a limited amount of edits while sending the drafts. Be upfront about the changes you require but keep in mind that there’s a limit to how many times I allow edits. If something isn’t a necessary detail/change, please don’t list it.If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free.
